| Celebrating Public Education Open Day | Kingston College | 9 am " 2.30 pm, 27 May | Kingston College | Parents, friends and carers of Kingston State College are invited to the Open Day to celebrate State Education Week. Kingston State School principal, Mr Mike Sawbridge, will host the day as Principal for the Day welcoming Desley Scott MP, Member for Woodridge. The highlight of the day will be the school parade at 12.15pm. The parade will include vocal, dance and musical performances to highlight the talent and enthusiasm of the performing arts department in showcasing the school as a national partnership state high school in Logan. Parents and carers are invited to attend classrooms to observe and participate in the learning. There will also be a staff morning tea which will include school leaders, parents, carers and invited guests. |
