All nominations from schools and regional offices should be endorsed by either the Principal and Regional Director or the Regional Director and Assistant Regional Director (School Performance).
All TAFE nominations should be endorsed by the appropriate TAFE Institute Director and then the Chief Operating Officer.
All central office nominations should be endorsed by the appropriate Executive Director/Assistant Director-General and then the appropriate Associate Director-General or Deputy Director-General.
Once endorsed please email the nomination or fax to (07) 3237 0842.
