20 April 2012	Showcase 2012 Regional Award submissions close
24 April 2012	Assistant Regional Directors' checklists to be completed for all submissions Submissions requiring additions are returned to schools for update
27 April 2012	Final date for returned submissions to be resubmitted to region
7 - 11 May 2012	Regional judging carried out by Regional Selection Teams
20 - 26 May 2012	State Education Week 2012 Local showcasing of all Showcase 2012 submissions/projects, announcement and presentation of Showcase Regional Awards
18 June 2012	Showcase 2012 State Award submissions close
10 - 11 July 2012	State Evaluation Team/s convene to assess regional award submissions
23 July 2012	Announcement of Showcase 2012 state finalists
August - September 2012	Filming of state finalist video vignettes at schools
12 October 2012	Showcase Awards Gala Dinner
9 November 2012	State finalists' development grant proposals due
