Ensembles from primary schools and P-12 schools are required to perform for 5 - 15 minutes and those from secondary schools for 10 - 20 minutes.
Playing times are to be strictly adhered to for all categories.
Timing will start from the beginning of the first item and conclude at the end of the last item. Breaks between pieces are included in the performance time.
Conductors may choose to have no applause between items. The compere/audience should be advised of this before the performance.

Nominations for Fanfare 2010 have now closed.
The Fanfare 2010 Grand Final Concert will be held on Thursday 5 August in the Concert Hall at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre at 7pm. All tickets $5 from Qtix: 136 246.
