Read the minutes and outcomes of the following department's boards, councils and committees:

Priority Country Area Program (PCAP) State Council Meeting

formulates program policy in line with Commonwealth guidelines
provides for consistent application of policy and practice across the state
undertakes overall responsibility for financial administration, evaluation and accountability of the program
advocates on behalf of country students and teachers.

Statewide Behaviour Committee
The purpose of the Statewide Behaviour Committee is to provide advice and direction to the Assistant Director-General, Student Services in implementing a range of behaviour initiatives which aim to strengthen student engagement and school discipline in Queensland state schools. The Statewide Behaviour Committee will provide strategic input into the development and implementation of ongoing behaviour initiatives.

Rural And Remote Education Reference Group
This reference group is acting as a key body for the consultation on strategic initiatives and issues pertaining to rural and remote education in Queensland. This group develops innovative education and training solutions.

Queensland Drug Education Coordinators Committee (QDECC)
Provides expert advice regarding: issues relating to drug education in schools; proposals and projects developed by the Executive Group under the Queensland School Drug Education Strategy.

Religious Education Advisory Committee
Provides advice to the Department on matters of Religious Instruction and Chaplaincy in Queensland state schools and disseminates information from the Department to the various faith groups.

Workforce Diversity Council
Provides leadership and advice on planning, implementation and reporting processes for workforce diversity and equity within the Department
