Rich Task Reports 2006: Procedures

Rich Task Reports are issued with the Director-General's signature, as an indication of the quality assurance process that lies behind the reported grades. The following procedures are part of that quality assurance.

Stage 1

Schools extract student information from SMS and submit the resulting Excel spreadsheet to the Rich Task Team without any student grades included.

Due: 27 October 2006

Stage 2

The Rich Task Team returns spreadsheet to schools, with error-checking macros installed.

Due: 3 November 2006

Stage 3

Schools submit the spreadsheet with student grades entered.

Due: 17 November 2006

Stage 4

The Rich Task Team sends schools paper on which to print the reports.

Due: 24 November 2006

Stage 5

The Rich Task Team emails schools Adobe Acrobat files (PDF) from which to print student details onto the supplied paper.
