The President's council on physical fitness and sports

The aim of this American association is to help more people become fit and active and to participate in sports. The site contains The President's Challenge, a program for school students which sets out activities to be pursued by students in order to qualify for one of several awards (in the USA). The programs themselves could be useful as guides for students to follow in setting their own personal health plans.
