All state schools offer opportunities for parents to join a Parents and Citizens' (P & C) Association. These associations are involved in a variety of school activities from policy to financial planning as well as tuckshops, fundraising activities, school functions and out-of-school-hours care.

Financial Management Program for P&C Associations
The Financial Management Program for P&C Associations has been developed to provide a training tool for P&C executives. The program outlines the minimum requirements for financial management by P&C Associations.
This program complements the Financial Management Programs for Principals and for School Business Administrators.
