These additional funds should be used to support the school's whole approach to literacy and numeracy intervention strategy and accordingly will complement the school's other available intervention resources. It is also important that the intervention strategies being supported by these funds are informed by an analysis of the school's student literacy and numeracy performances on NAPLAN and other school-based achievement data.
Each item on the NAPLAN test has been analysed in terms of its curriculum demand and connections, as well as suggesting teaching strategies for students who seem to be having problems. These are available as PDF documents and can be accessed through the class reports either on "Sunlanda" on the Queensland Studies Authority website or through the "OneSchool" application.
