After hours ethnic schooling (AHES) program

The After hours ethnic schooling (AHES) program provides community language classes outside regular school hours.

The AHES program:

• provides classes in an increasing number of community languages and cultures to reflect Queensland's multicultural diversity
• complements the commitment of Education Queensland to provide all students with access to a broad range of second languages and cultures.
