A new assessment culture will be exemplified by:
- teachers with high-level assessment skills, resulting in improved student learning and improved communication of the results of that learning
- alignment of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and reporting
- shared understandings of standards with teachers working together towards consistency of judgments and comparability of reported results.
