The Office for Early Childhood Education and Care will work proactively with members of the early childhood sector in progressing early childhood reform and administering the Child Care Act 2002 and the Child Care Regulation 2003. If you have a query, concern or complaint about the services provided by the Office you can contact us by email at ECEC_complaint@deta.qld.gov.au. If your complaint relates to the licensing and monitoring of your service please contact your nearest Office for Early Childhood Education and Care service centre (new window) to discuss your concerns with an Early Childhood Manager or Early Childhood Team Leader.
