Developed by Queensland Health, this program is a group - based healthy lifestyle support program delivered by trained facilitators. It teaches participants to be more active, develop healthy eating habits and cope with stress.

This is a Queensland Government website that includes general information about improving your personal health and wellbeing. Topics include food and nutrition, a health environment and physical activity.

The TravelSmart program encourages and promotes the use of environmentally-friendly means of transport such as walking, cycling and public transport. Resources that include information for employers and individuals are provided on their website.

Skin cancer caused by unsafe sun exposure is a real threat to Queenslanders. The Queensland Government has therefore identified reducing unsafe exposure to the sun as one if its targets for 2020.
