Document Delivery Services are available to assist you with accessing/obtaining documents from other Australian libraries. This page provides a guide on how to use the Document Delivery Services.
If you would like articles or chapters photocopied from our libraries or if you would like to borrow resources that are not available in our library, interlibrary loans can be arranged for you. Library staff will request titles from other libraries for you through the Document Delivery Service. Library request forms need to be completed and delivered to your nearest library if you would like to use this service. See borrowing details.
Copyright restrictions and charges apply for the Document Delivery Services if requesting through other Australian libraries and all requests must comply with Section 50 of the Copyright Act.

Under Section 50 of the Copyright Act, 1968, a not-for-profit library may request another not-for-profit library to copy a reasonable portion of a work to supply to a library user for the purpose of research or study or for inclusion in their collection.
