CONDITIONS FOR BORROWING

  1. The borrowing period of four weeks may be renewed once, if the item is not required by another borrower. Requests for extension on time can be arranged by contacting the librarian on telephone: +61 7 3372 5460, Fax: +61 7 3372 4914 or email: atsi.library@deta.qld.gov.au;
  2. If an item is damaged or lost whilst on loan, the borrower is responsible for repair or replacement cost of the item/s and will be invoiced by Education Queensland;
  3. If items are not returned to the library after the final overdue notice borrowers will be invoiced by Education Queensland;
  4. Change of personal details must be advised to the librarian to amend our records;
  5. Resources must not be passed on to other people whilst on loan to yourself;
  6. New borrowers must provide identification below for proof of their current address.
