Getting started with chat

1. You must have a username and password to chat. If you have participated in one of our online courses, use that login. If you don't have a username and password register now.
2. Select Log on at the bottom of the left side menu. Enter your Learning Place username and password.
3. Select Create a chat or Create a project and complete the online form.
   Create your own chat room for a short period or create a project room for an indefinate period that holds multiple activities, such as chats, forums and blogs.
4. If you have already created your chat or you would like to participate in someone else's chat, select List chat rooms or List projects to locate the active chat in alphabetical order.
