When and how do I get billed?Billing for telephone conferencing services occurs on a monthly basis as an itemised part of the overall telecommunications billing service provided to schools and DET corporate offices. Any billing disputes or problems will be handled and addressed by reporting to the EQFMO Billing and Reporting Team at CITEC - Email: EdQLD.BillingandReporting@citec.com.au. What does it cost?Using the 1800 number (for non Brisbane metropolitan)Using the 1800 number will cost .12 cent per minute per location. So, if you have 5 sites (including yourself) that would be 5 times the hourly cost per site, e.g: .12c x 60 minutes = $7.20 for one location and $7.20 x 5 locations = $36. Using the (07) number (for Brisbane Metropolitan area only)This is slighty cheaper because it is only a local Brisbane Metropolitan call at .08 cents per minute per location. Using the international toll free numberThe cost for using an international toll free number (1800 132 004) will be $1.75 per minute. Dialling this number will give you the Optus operator who will then organise the call for you. Other costsThe cost for recording to CD will be $50.00 (incl. GST $55.00). |
