Resolving Satellite connection error in iConnect (Elluminate)

Users on Satellite may not be able to download the java file. The Learning Place is working towards a permanent resolution to this issue.

As an interim solution you can download the java cache file here and follow the installation instructions below.

  1. Download the java cache file
  2. Select Save
  3. Save the file to your computer
  4. Open the file
  5. Select Yes
  6. The file contents will be extracted
  7. Java Web Start will automatically open and close
  8. Check that you have downloaded the correct version (Version 10.0.1) and press any key to continue
  9. Go to iConnect and continue to your session
