Resolving Satellite connection error in iConnect (Elluminate)
Users on Satellite may not be able to download the java file. The Learning Place is working towards a permanent resolution to this issue.
As an interim solution you can download the java cache file here and follow the installation instructions below.
- Download the java cache file
- Select Save
- Save the file to your computer
- Open the file
- Select Yes
- The file contents will be extracted
- Java Web Start will automatically open and close
- Check that you have downloaded the correct version (Version 10.0.1) and press any key to continue
- Go to iConnect and continue to your session
