Tell it digitally competition

Every school has amazing stories to tell about their people and community. Why not ask your students to create a great digital story and join our competition? You may like to showcase your school by telling us about:

  • Your school's beginnings
  • Your grandparents' days at your school
  • A special day, year or decade
  • Interview a benefactor and tell their story
  • A significant event
  • Your school today

You choose the time and subject. The choices for your 'snapshot' are endless!

Visions of Australia - Flag project 2010

The Visions of Australia flag project is a free of charge, interactive class activity that provides teachers with a creative avenue to explore Australia Day with their students. The project is easily incorporated into lesson plans, and encourages students to consider what is great about living in Australia.

This year, primary school students will be asked to choose their favourite line from the national anthem Advance Australia Fair and interpret this into a drawing on the back of the specially prepared Visions of Australia flags.

Register by Wednesday 14 October 2009.
