  1. Click on Add Announcement.

  2. Complete the relevant areas. You may enter the message using HTML coding from a program such as Dreamweaver if you wish or use the guide to creating code.

  3. If using HTML, select the HTML button under the text entry area.

  4. For Options: Make appropriate choices or just leave unchecked if you want the announcement to stay up indefinitely.

  5. Click Submit. You will then be provided with a preview of what your announcement will look like. If you wish to make changes, use the browser's Back Arrow.

    If you are happy with the format of the message, click OK.

  6. You will then be given a sample of how the finished message looks in the announcement window. You can still Modify, Remove or accept it by clicking OK. This returns you to the Control Panel.
