Online gradebookThe Online Gradebook contains the results of all participant assessments completed in Blackboard®. You can also add scores for essay questions and tests completed outside of Blackboard. With numeric data, the Online Gradebook will calculate some basic statistics.
Participants can access their personal results through the Tools folder.
Facilitators have four methods of accessing and modifying results:
- Report By User
- Select a user – view, modify
- Report By Item
- View information about a specific item
- Spreadsheet View
- View and modify for all participants, all items
- Export Gradebook
- Export as comma-delimited text file for importing into spreadsheet programs
Gradebook Null Option
The gradebook null option enables an instructor to exclude undertaken or ungraded items when calculating the Total and Weighted Total on Gradebook. This tutorial provides an overview of how this feature functions and how it effects the Total and Weighted Total columns.
