Survey Manager

The Survey Manager is used to create, add, preview, modify, and remove surveys. Surveys are useful for:

• polling
• evaluation
• random checks of knowledge

The Survey Manager acts in the same way as the Test Manager and offers similar functionality.

The differences between tests and surveys include:

• Instructors cannot give students feedback.
• Surveys cannot be graded.
• Survey questions cannot be categorised.
• Questions on surveys cannot be assigned points.

Some options available for your survey include:

• Allow multiple attempts – participants can complete the assessment many times. Their result each time will replace the result from previous attempts.
• Force completion – Test must be completed the first time it is launched.
• Set timer – Set expected completion time. Selecting this option also records completion time for this Test
• Show detailed result – provides participants with the results for each question and not just a final grade.
• Password protect – allows only the participants with the specified password to take the assessment.
