Project E

An environmental study focusing on catchment management. Students create an e-book about native trees in their school and other schools in the district, developing a respect for environment, appreciating that everything changes through time (landscapes, people, communities) and acquiring a basic knowledge of the dynamics of environmental systems within their school and other schools. In the course of the unit, students explore the use of virtual communities as classrooms.
