These materials are designed to support delivery of competencies from the Certificates in Work Education. For students to attain accreditation, this course should be delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with appropriate scope of registration.
This unit has been developed for the Virtual Schooling Service, to engage students in remote and rural areas. As students work through the unit they will investigate aspects of managing their working world: workplace behaviour and image, communication in the workplace, managing work performance, successful teamwork, and coping techniques for difficult times at work.
