Enrolling your students

Education Queensland (EQ) course owners can join EQ students into the Learning Place (from your own school) by supplying only the students EQ ID number. Student data is extracted from MIS and populated into fields so you no longer need to key in first names, last names, email addresses etc. The administration staff at your school will be able to provide you with a list of students EQ ID numbers. Follow the steps to join students into the Learning Place.

Affiliate employees are unable to join students to the Learning Place. As membership is based on your schools subscription agreement this is managed by your schools Learning Place Local Administrator (LPLA). Read more...

EQ and Affiliate course owners and facilitators are able to enrol participants from their centre (ie school) and only for the courses they own and facilitate. Follow the steps to enrol students into your course.

If you wish to enrol students outside your centre, please email to The Learning Place. This is a manual process so may take two to three working days before you are contacted.
