  • Enabling learners with digital technologies: Explore digital pedagogy opportunities available in the Learning Place with reference to Curriculum into the Classroom (C2C).
  • Curriculum into the classroom (C2C): Join the C2C team to discover ways to implement the Curriculum into the Classroom (C2C) units.

Tell it digitally competition 2011

10 August to 21 October

Win three iPod Touches for your school - engage your students in local and Australian history by creating a digital story. Education Queensland's Library and Digital Resource Services provides this opportunity with the launch of the Tell it digitally Competition 2011. Open to state school Year 5-9 students, this creative project asks students to use their imagination and digital media skills to showcase any aspect of their school or community (past or present) or a significant event or person in Australian history. Students have the option of using Photo Story 3, Movie Maker or iMovie to create their projects.

Online Animation Festival

The Online Animation Festival is on again for 2011 and this year you are able to choose your own theme to accommodate any unit your class is undertaking in your classroom. The main objective of this year's festival is to provide the opportunity for students to create purposeful animations as either a learning resource or differentiated assessment task. The only requirements are creative thinking, collaborative spirit and a sense of fun.
