Users on a satellite connection may experience problems downloading the java cache. View the resolution.
Change your proxy settings
The first time you use iConnect you my need to change your proxy settings. If you receive a Connection failed error please check your settings and try again. View the resolution.
There is a known issue using the iConnect calendar to view iConnect sessions. The vendor is aware of this issue and will provide a resolution in a later release of the application.
The Learning Place recommends you use Search to locate your iConnect session.
