Anniversary publication
Administration and public relations
- Arrange a last meeting of the anniversary committee including representatives of sub-committees.
- Order further copies of anniversary publication, if required.
- Place historical material collected/donated for the anniversary in the school archives or library for use by school community.
- Send school admission registers to

- Return display material.
- Write letters of thanks to sponsors/guest speakers.
- Publish a statement of thanks in the school newsletter/local newspaper.
- Finalise all accounts/financial records.
- Present final statement to the last meeting of the anniversary committee.
- Distribute profits to the school or Parents and Citizens' Association.
- Develop and archive lists of 'helpful hints' for future anniversary committees in the school archive/library.
- Ensure recording/archiving the location of time capsule in at least two well known separate places if the location is not already indicated by a plaque in school grounds.
