This service is provided for Education Queensland personnel, TAFE Queensland personnel, registered teachers in Queensland and volunteer tutors of migrants and refugees in Queensland.

The TESOL & Adult Literacies Collection is unable to respond to enquiries from secondary or tertiary students or to enquiries from other states in Australia or from overseas.
