Registration - Teacher Aides
Action 1 of the Literacy-the Key to Learning: Framework for Action 2006-2008 states: 'Conduct professional development conferences and workshops with a focus on literacy, including literacy in the curriculum.'
Professional development for teacher aides in Years 1-3 commenced in semester 1, 2007. Prep teacher aides will commence training in semester 2, 2008. Catch up sessions for teacher aides in the early years will continue throughout the implementation of the Literacy Framework. Refer to the calendar of teacher aide professional development workshops.
Registration for the professional development programs for teacher aides will be completed mainly through the Learning Place - Professional Learning Communities - Events Registration. To begin the registration processes choose your region below.
