Promo - Workers strike back!
This is a promotional course only. Your enrolment is valid for 2 weeks from the date of registration.
If you would like to run this course with your own students register for a ready-to-go copy today.

These materials are designed to support delivery of competencies from the Certificates in Work Education. For students to attain accreditation, this course should be delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with appropriate scope of registration.

This unit has been developed for the Virtual Schooling Service, to engage students in remote and rural areas. Using an investigative approach, students take on the role of a cadet journalist. As they work through the unit, they learn about industrial workplace relations (IWR), and determine whether an unfair dismissal has occurred.
