RightsQuest: Chickens, eggs and you is a teacher facilitated course to be used with students, as individuals or in pairs. The course asks students to research, discuss and respond. The course is designed to run for one term of 10 weeks, with one 45 minute lesson per week. Following the introduction and a KWL-type assessment, the course contains three parts 'Amazing Chickens', 'Eggs - the truth' and 'Freedom - the rights balance'. Each part is clearly set out with all external websites, assessment and assignment links included.

Also available for the teacher is a range of Ready-to-go resources that readily complement the course. The course has been developed to suit the middle school and lower secondary.
