Enhancing leadership: Leadership capabilities forms part of the Enhancing Leadership for the Future (ELF) program. This unit enables school leaders and aspiring school leaders to demonstrate Leadership matters capabilities in their workplaces.
In undertaking this unit you will:

• explore Leadership matters: Leadership capabilities
• explore in depth each leadership capability


• assess your own leadership capabilities
• complete a personal workplace challenge
• generate your own personal leadership framework.

Enhancing leadership is available to all staff - not just those participating in the ELF program. It is particularly useful to leaders, those mentoring leaders or aspiring leaders, to work on individually or in small groups to develop and enhance their personal and leadership capabilities.
Sections of this unit are applicable to the whole workforce who wish to learn more about how they operate individually and in teams.
