This course provides a valuable quick reference to specific HR information. It will support the development of current and aspiring school leaders capability to lead and manage school communities in the key human resource (HR) areas of Developing performance, Ethical standards and Organisational health. The Professional development, School staffing, Workforce diversity and Workforce relations modules are currently in development and will be added as they become available.

You will walk in the shoes of school leaders confronting issues through scenario-based activities. This will give you the opportunity to consider, reflect upon and propose actions and responses in relation to these issues. Further reflection will enable you to apply learnings to your context.
