School leaders and school-based team leaders are invited to join us for a 4 week facilitated reading, discussion and sharing program, using strategies to gain a better understanding of your workplace culture.

During this 4 week professional development conversation called Leading Workplace Cultural Change, you will use a range of strategies to build knowledge around how best to facilitate workplace cultural change. This online community with its professional readings, forums, and shared wisdom will be the focal point for the discussions, however, you will have topics on which to reflect and activities to try yourself and with your team.

This is a free course and will run from Monday 1 March 2010 until Thursday 1 April 2010.
