The Senior High School Program involves studying Years 11-12 in a selected Queensland government school. Upon the completion of Years 11 and 12, students are awarded the Queensland Certificate of Education by the Queensland Studies Authority. This certificate is an internationally recognised qualification.
Many international students who complete high school in Queensland choose to also complete their tertiary studies in Queensland. Information regarding tertiary education in Queensland can be found at the Study Queensland
website.
Over 41 Queensland government international program high schools are accredited to offer the Senior High School Program. See the About Education Queensland International Schools page for more details.
