OneSchool Deployment GAPS Payment

On Tuesday 27 October, a GAPS payment for TRS for OneSchool Release Two implementation will be processed.

The principal can decide how this TRS is to be used to release staff members for configuration, training, and other implementation activities. The functionality delivered in Release Two is expected to take 18 months to three years to fully implement. As a school's leadership team develops it school implementation strategy it is recommended they consider how this TRS funding can be best used to facilitate OneSchool implementation. We also suggest they consider the OneSchool implementation plan being developed by their regional leaders.

As with TRS reimbursement last year, TRS allocation is based on the size of the school (Band).

The GAPs payment has been identified as OneSchool Deployment TRS.
