In Term 2, 2009 the pilot of Release Two began. Members of the OneSchool Guiding Coalition received an Expression of Interest in October 2008 offering them the opportunity to participate in the 2009 pilot.
As part of their participation in the pilot, and in support of the regional implementation strategy, the Guiding Coalition members are expected to present at regional/district and cluster meetings to share their implementation strategies and experiences.
To best facilitate the pilot, schools were able to tailor the pilot to suit the needs of their school. To this end a pilot school was able to nominate the module/s or module components they wished to pilot and nominated who in the school would pilot the selected module/s or components. For example a school may have decided the year 5 teachers would pilot the teacher personal markbook component while another school may have selected the science department to pilot the curriculum planning module.
Release Two modules and components are:
Pilot school principals and their Smart Classrooms Coordinator (SCC) attended a one day training workshop prior to the commencement of the pilot. This workshop was funded by OneSchool. The SCC in each pilot school is being provided with TRS (based on school size and complexity) to prepare for implementation and configuration of OneSchool Release Two.

Please note the screen shots used in the multimedia tutorials are prototypes and have undergone further modification during the pilot.
The Guiding Coalition members at the following schools are participated in the pilot of Release Two.
* Please note Tagai State College is not a Guiding Coalition school but was offered a special invitation to particpate in the pilot to ensure Bound for Success schools' needs would be met by the additional functionality provided in this release.
