In February, 2010, an Expression of Interest to participate in the pilot of Release Two: Timetabling was sent to the members of the OneSchool Guiding Coalition. Of the responses, 12 schools were selected to participate in the small pilot of the new OneSchool functionality.
The pilot began in May 2010 following a two day training workshop and User Acceptance Testing.
The schools selected have provided the opportunity to test the functionality against some specific school-based requirements, as well as technical criteria and other considerations. Suggestions and feedback from the pilot have helped to inform enhancements and the deployment strategy for Release Two: Timetabling.
