Supporting students with additional needs

Education Queensland is committed to ensuring students have access to high quality education services that meet their specific learning needs. At times, some students may require additional support to help them to achieve their educational goals. Services available to students with additional support needs include:

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students

English as a second language

Gifted and talented education

Students living in rural and remote areas

Students with disabilities

Students with health conditions and the administering of medications
