Free shade tents

With summer fast approaching, South East Queensland schools can take advantage of free shade tents courtesy of Suncorp.
The Queensland company has 20 SunWise shade tents available for sporting and community groups to hire free of charge.
Suncorp Group Executive Stuart McDonald said shade could offer significant protection against the sun's harmful rays. 'Shade alone can reduce overall exposure to UV rays by about 75 per cent,' Mr McDonald said.
The tents are available in two sizes (3m x 3m or 6m x 3m) and can be picked up from either Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
