Queensland history online

At the Ekka this year, the State Government celebrated Queensland's 150th anniversary (Q150) with a walk through history.

Using a timeline, visitors were able to experience the significant milestones that helped shape our state with historical images highlighting these events.

This timeline has been turned into a fantastic online resource for teachers and can be accessed by visiting the Q150 website

The website also features useful information about Queensland and its amazing history dating from before 1600 to present day.
