Queensland Arts Council's Ontour inschools program promises to take students' imagination to new and exciting places with the launch of its 2010 season.
Ontour inschools will tour a multi-strand live arts program of more than 20 specially developed productions as far as Daintree and Mount Garnet in the North and St George in South-East Queensland.
A subsidy scheme has been introduced for next year to allow small schools to apply for support to receive performances.
Performances are strongly linked to the curriculum and reflect relevant themes and issues affecting students, including body image, peer pressure, bullying and dealing with growing up.
