My School website features Queensland schools

The Australian Government's new My School website is now live, with Queensland schools featured among almost 10,000 Australian schools that can be searched by the school's location, sector, or name.

The My School website is designed to support the accessing and sharing of information about schools across the Australian community.

My School will enable parents and community members to:

• access a snapshot of a school using nationally consistent indicators, such as NAPLAN results

• compare the performance of a school with that of the average performance of all schools in Australia and that of statistically similar schools across Australia

• search for schools nearby to the school displayed, with hyperlinks to the profile page of that school.
