Write About Art competition

Online registrations are now being called for an Arts Queensland competition and writing development program for Queensland Year 11 and 12 students who are passionate about writing about art.

Teachers are encouraged to submit students' essays, interviews or feature stories about visual art, craft or design exhibition, event, artist or art topic for the Write About Art competition by Monday July 11.

Successful students will work with established industry mentors to hone their writing skills at a one day Brisbane based workshop and a selection of articles will be published in a full colour anthology Eyeline Magazine.
