Middle leadership program for all schools
July 25 2012
The Queensland Education Leadership Institute is offering its Middle Leadership Development Program across all schooling sectors commencing 23 August.
This follows two highly successful programs delivered earlier this year.
Just 40 places are available for the August program and in the past, some schools have enrolled their entire middle leadership team.
The program supports middle leaders in their critical role improving the quality of teaching and learning in schools, effectively closing the gap in student achievement, promoting a culture where there is a willingness to support others in their learning and knowing how to do this through expert input and coaching.
QELi has partnered with the world's leading authority on educational leadership, the UK National College for School Leadership, to customise a program offering accreditation towards universities' Masters programs.
The UK National College has delivered a proven, highly successful middle leadership development program over the past 10 years QELi has customised to the Australian school context to be delivered by qualified and experienced facilitators from Australia.
Registrations close on 6 August. For further information phone Jan Alen, director of programs, or Karen Wright, manager of service delivery, at QELi on (07) 3007 5222, or visit the QELi website.
