Principals invited to pal up online
March 07 2012
A free online network for all school leaders has been launched by Principals Australia Institute.
Palnet is a professional learning network designed for Australian principals, school leaders and those who aspire to lead.
The online resource has been developed by leaders in education to provide a profession-led personal and professional development space.
Funded by the Federal Government, Palnet groups will be facilitated by recognised leaders in Australian education and it is intended they should become the hubs for building online communities around current issues in education.
Monthly webinar events will be hosted to bring the latest educational research and practice to members.
To register to join the network or find out more go to the palnet website.
Principals Australia Institute is formed by four of the national principals' associations: Association of Heads of Independent Schools in Australia, the Australian Primary Principals Association, the Australian Secondary Principals Association and Catholic Secondary Principals Australia.
