C-Gen 2013 hits the small screen

Anyone who missed the spectacular Creative Generation - State Schools Onstage at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre in July has a chance to catch it during the term break.
The show affectionately known as C-Gen screens nationally on Network Ten at 2.30pm on Saturday 5 October showcasing the amazing talent of more than 1500 Queensland state school students.
The 90-minute edited broadcast highlights the talents of student performers alongside professional mentors and artists of the calibre of James Morrison, Luke Kennedy and Raw Dance Company.
The shows held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre in July this year featured performances by students from early childhood to Year 12, a stunning laser light show, zorb balls, Harley-Davidson motorcycles and even a guest performance by the Queensland Police Pipes and Drums complete with pyrotechnic bagpipes.
