Transition Support Services — Bound for Success

Purpose

To support students from remote communities during their transition to high school

Expenditure guidelines

Funds are to be used to employ a Community Support Officer based at the student's primary school. Funds may also be spent on enrolment registrations.

Acquittal of funds and outcomes is required each year.
