Literacy and Numeracy Coaches

Purpose

Funds are provided to regions to support Literacy and Numeracy National Partnership Coaches at their base schools.

Expenditure guidelines

Regions and schools are to use the allocated funds for administration support for Literacy and Numeracy Coaches to enable them to adequately carry out their duties.

Where a coach works across more than one school, the nominated base school will receive the grant.

Allocation of funds

Funds will be allocated to base schools on the basis of the coach FTE allocation. Funding includes TRS, Resources, Administration Grant, Coach costs and Travel.
